This website presents private artistic and pedagogical programmes offered by the artist, including individual coaching sessions and curated artistic experiences.

All services are provided on a private, non-public basis and are subject to availability.

2. Nature of the Services

The programmes offered are:

  • Artistic and physical in nature

  • Intended for educational, experiential and non-commercial purposes

Participation does not grant any professional certification, employment opportunity, or institutional recognition.

3. Private Pas de Deux Programme

The Private Pas de Deux Programme is a highly selective and intimate artistic experience.

  • Participation is subject to a mandatory video selection process.

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • The final decision rests solely with the artist.

  • The Pas de Deux is taught, rehearsed and performed exclusively with the artist, as the works presented were created specifically on him.

  • No substitution of partner is possible.

This programme is conceived as a unique shared experience, based on trust, presence and artistic engagement.

4. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon payment.

  • Secure payment is processed via third-party providers (such as PayPal or Stripe).

  • For the Private Pas de Deux Programme, payment is requested only after successful video selection.

  • A deposit may be required to secure dates, with the balance payable prior to the start of the programme.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the highly personalized and curated nature of the programmes:

  • Payments are non-refundable once a session or programme is confirmed.

  • Date changes may be considered at the sole discretion of the artist and subject to availability.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

6. Physical Condition & Responsibility

By booking a session, participants declare that they are physically and medically fit to engage in dance-related activities.

  • Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

  • Personal insurance coverage is strongly recommended.

  • The artist cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow guidance.

7. Image Rights & Content Protection

  • No video or audio recording is permitted without prior written consent.

  • Any authorized recordings remain the intellectual property of the artist.

  • Any commercial, public or online use of images or videos is strictly prohibited without written agreement.

8. Institutional Independence

Sessions may take place in professional rehearsal studios.

This programme is independent and is not commercially affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any institution, including opera houses or cultural organizations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including texts, images, videos and programme descriptions, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without authorization.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
